**Job Summary**:
As our Marketing Manager Austria for the Terumo Interventional Systems Cardiology & EVI Division, your primary responsibility will be to effectively manage and direct all marketing and product activities to achieve our strategic business objectives. You will play a crucial role in promoting our products and therapies, ensuring a significant market share and profitability. Apart from executing the Marketing Strategy you'll spend significant time in the field, assisting our sales force with client visits and at congresses and events. Apart from your focus on the Marketing of the Interventional and Peripheral portfolio, you will spend considerable time collaborating with other teams such as customer service, supply chain and product managers. In this role you report directly to Patrick Filler, Sales Manager IS in Austria and dotted to Frédérique Delplanque, Senior Director Downstream Marketing IS EMEA.

- **Market & Product Expertise**: Stay up to date with our product portfolio, industry trends, and market drivers to provide expert support to the Austrian sales team.
- **Sales Support**: Create impactful sales materials, including brochures, presentations, and training resources to help the sales team effectively communicate product benefits.
- **Technical & Strategic Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, regulatory, product managers) to align marketing initiatives with business goals and drive product success in the Austrian market.
- **Market Analysis & Positioning**: Continuously monitor market trends and competitive activities, leveraging data to identify opportunities, refine marketing strategies, adjust pricing when necessary, provide input relevant to forecasting.
- **Marketing Plans**: Develop and execute an annual marketing plan aligned with the European strategic objectives. This includes sales projections, market research, and budgeting for the Austrian market.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build relationships with customers through field visits, training sessions, and product demonstrations to ensure strong market engagement and feedback.
- **Promotional Activities**: Coordinate product launches, congresses, workshops, and other promotional events to elevate the Terumo brand and support sales efforts.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Monitor sales performance, market share, and the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing regular updates and data-driven insights to senior management.

**Profile Description**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medical, Paramedical, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role, with a proven background in healthcare or medical devices. Experience in interventional cardiology or radiology is a strong advantage.
- **Sales & Marketing Expertise**: Solid understanding of sales and marketing strategies, best practices, and industry trends. Ability to effectively implement these techniques to drive business results.
- **Collaboration & Communication**: Strong ability to work as part of a European-wide team, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
- **Independent & Proactive**: A flexible team player who can also work independently, with strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality when required.
