Specifiek zijn we op zoek naar een IT Operational Support die verantwoordelijk is voor het bieden van ondersteuning aan IT-managers op een of meer van de volgende gebieden:

- Applicatielicentiebeheer: bewaking van de licentielevenscyclus (aantal actieve licenties, anticipatie op verlengingen, etc.) en leiding geven aan het nieuw geïmplementeerde licentiebeheerproces.
- Beheer van contracten: bewaking van de contractlevenscyclus met het oog op de voorbereiding van IT-contractverlengingen of -contracten, opzetten en bewaken van SLA's voor kritieke contracten, opstellen of ondersteunen van het opstellen van specificaties voor aanbestedingen (RFI, RFP), bewaken van het aanbestedingsproces in samenwerking met inkoop, enz.
- Operationele rapportage

Daarnaast help je bij het definiëren van de methodologieën met betrekking tot deze processen en geeft je training en ondersteuning aan teammanagers en teamleiders.

Je kan ook worden gevraagd om eerstelijns administratieve ondersteuning te bieden voor het beheer van evolutionaire onderhoudsactiviteiten en Planview-gebruikers.

De opdracht wordt uitgevoerd in een IT-context, maar er is geen specifieke technische omgeving die je moet beheersen.

**Aanbod**: Deze opdracht betreft een fulltime opdracht. De opstart is voorzien voor midden juli en loopt tot eind juni 2024 met een kans op een verlenging van 1 jaar.

**Profiel en vaardigheden**: Je hebt 3 jaar ervaring in IT contractbeheer, licentiebeheer.

Ervaring met management en executive reporting is gewenst.

Ervaring in het adviseren en ondersteunen van communicatie
- en verandermanagement voor een manager is een pluspunt.

Kennis van de Belgische energiemarkt, zijn uitdagingen en zijn spelers is een pluspunt.

Je bent tweetalig FR/NL.

Je bent discreet.

Je beschikt over een goede teamgeest en kan goed luisteren om effectief samen te werken met verschillende belanghebbenden.

Je bent klantgericht en oplossingsgericht.

Je hebt algemene kennis van IT-functies.

Je beheerst MS 365-toepassingen (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Teams, Sharepoint, enz.)

Je bent vaardig in een tool voor licentiebeheer (vb. SNOW).
