IT-Planet is een gespecialiseerd informatica projectsourcing bedrijf, gelegen te Gent. We zijn actief bij diverse grote klanten over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel in volgende ICT-domeinen: Application Development, Infrastructure Services & Software Testing. Om ons team van 180 medewerkers te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een **Operational Quality Officer service** om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in **Brussel**.

Functie
- Een strategie ontwikkelen om een systeem voor kwaliteitsbeheer binnen Assets in te voeren, te implementeren en te controleren.
- Bouw een interdepartementale aanpak binnen Assets.
- Werk vooral ook aan bekende (bestaande) praktische problemen.
- Definieer en implementeer de structuur, de juiste instrumenten en indicatoren om de kwaliteit ten minste voor de kritische processen en activiteiten te beheren.
- Ondersteun een cultuur waarin iedereen verantwoordelijk is voor kwaliteit.
- Ontwikkelen en schrijven van documentatie van het QMS.
- Uitvoeren, analyseren en consolideren van veldbezoeken (beoordelingen, audits) op terugkerende basis (in combinatie met Veiligheid).
- Beheer van het veranderings
- en communicatieplan.
- Voorbereiding van rapportage, vergadering en comité.
- Samenwerken met de afdelingen Assets en andere Divisies. (Infrastructuurprojecten, Aankoop, H&S, )
Functie-eisen
- Je hebt een diploma burgerlijk ingenieur of industrieel ingenieur, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- U hebt ruime (gevorderde) ervaring met de implementatie van een kwaliteitsbeheersysteem, inclusief cultuurverandering in industriële sectoren, idealiter met affiniteit voor veiligheidsaangelegenheden.
- Je hebt ervaring met werkzaamheden en onderhoudswerkzaamheden in industriële installaties.
- Je hebt ervaring met projectbeheer / veranderingsbeheer.
- Je hebt een sterk analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen.
- Je bent klantgericht en hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Je hebt uitstekende vaardigheden op het gebied van stakeholdermanagement.
- Je bent een goede facilitator en hebt voldoende overtuigingskracht.
- Je hebt goede schrijfvaardigheden en een perfecte kennis van MS Office tools.
