**What You Can Expect**:
This role requires:
- Good understanding of business intelligence tools (Power BI preferred), analytics and familiar with customer relationship management platform
- Strong business acumen, strong analytical skills
- A natural communicator and influencer who understands business strategy and feels empowered to execute these into local actions, and that is capable of rolling out new tools and processes.
**How You Create Impact**:
**Sales Structure**
- Establish a commercial operating mechanism that enables the region to manage the commercial activities, sales numbers, with rigor and predictability
- Follow up on Go-to-market implementation, establish and track KPIs on selling effectiveness of the commercial organization, identify performance gaps and develop remediation / action plans and deploy resources as needed
- Territory Design & assignment
- Drive sales channel improvement (invest in growth segment and lead sales channel transformation (commercial org design, distributor/agent conversion projects)
**Customer Acquisition**
- Own and drive customer targeting process with sales & marketing team to convert high potential customers/market penetration
- Lead local opportunity management and account planning process with sales leaders, to accelerate deal closure.
- Lead local customer segmentation process.
**Sales Incentive plan**
- Drive sales force performance with EMEA harmonised sales incentive plan - track territory performance
- Own and implement harmonised process and tools for automated sales incentive calculation
- Maintain territory mapping report and sales data validation for accurate quarterly bonus payout.
**CRM**
- Develop and maintain cluster CRM reports & support analytics needs for management’s decision-making.
**What Will Make You Stand Out**:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a regional Sales/ Marketing / Commercial Excellence / Finance related role
- _Life science / medical device industry experience preferred_
- Very Strong Excel and Analytical skills
- Project management skills
- Advanced Business Intelligence skills (Power BI, Tableau, BW, SQL)
- Extensive knowledge of building tools, dashboards, reports with Excel and familiar with company internal data systems.
- Experience with customs
