**Role Overview**

**We are looking for**:

- A digital passionate who can lead Digital & IT strategic projects aiming at optimizing manufacturing execution and improve efficiency, yield, energy, throughput, quality, and sustainability through industrial process and shop floor optimization and automation

**We count on you for**:

- Managing the project portfolio related to operational efficiency
- Support the head of Digital Operations who will be a business partner who can manage and control the pipeline and priorities of all business demands
- Create and manage the budget, ensuring spend control, actual/forecast vs. planned
- Bring innovation and propose new opportunities
- Control the selection of the right partners and suppliers and oversee service delivery performance
- Ensure transparency, visibility, and high performance of the support services provided to the user community in collaboration with peers
- Support in maintaining consistency and alignment with enterprise architecture and data governance teams

**You will bring**:

- Strong experience and understanding of process manufacturing execution, the corresponding industrial engineering domains, their related capability components, and performance measurements
- A Master's degree in a relevant field of study.
- Strong project management skills
- Strong exposure to the market of technology solutions and industrial providers in the domain of manufacturing execution and related components (MES, APC, PLC, DCS, SCADA, IIoT, etc.).
- Experience in developing and executing digital transformation roadmaps advocating best-of-breed solutions and promoting advanced technologies.
- Good exposure to process automation, data management, OT-IT convergence challenges and opportunities in general
