Implementation of a Cross-Functional Performance Management Framework:
In collaboration with the Senior Performance Manager:
- Track and analyze the performance of OPS processes across the board (focus on service quality, operational excellence and efficiency, technical performance, etc.).
- Identify gaps and potential bottlenecks affecting business KPIs, preventing the achievement of the OPS 24-26 strategy targets.
- Propose recommendations and initiate actions to improve performance.
- Prepare key findings and messages for the Management Committee and senior management reporting.
- Liaise with Distribution, Customer, and HR to understand key OPS data in a cross-functional end-to-end context.
- Foster the creation and improvement of cross-functional OPS performance reports.
- Design and coordinate the development and implementation of dashboards and performance tools with the Data Office and strategic monitoring teams within the BU.
- Define priorities in consultation with BU Performance Managers to develop relevant KPIs to be monitored.
- Participate in the definition of performance standards that could be proposed at a cross-functional level for all BUs.
- Contribute to the animation of the local performance management community and participate in the Group's performance management workshops.
- Work closely with BU Performance Managers to ensure alignment at all levels (BU and cross-functional).
- Share best practices, enforce methods and tools to improve performance analysis and monitoring at the BU level.
- Provide training and support to BU Performance Managers to promote a performance management culture within OPS.
We are looking for a candidate with more than 3 years of experience in performance management (financial, operational, etc.) and/or operational efficiency improvement.- Strong analytical skills - ability to handle complex data and conduct rapid analysis.
- Great ability to translate complex analysis into easy-to-understand conclusions with concrete action plans.
- Solution-oriented, questioning attitude, and ability to propose action plans to meet set objectives.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills (assertiveness and negotiation skills) - ability to manage cross-functional performance with various stakeholders (BU Performance Managers, Data & Reporting representatives, HR, Distribution).
- Strategic thinking, understanding the link between target KPIs and strategic ambition.
- Ability to structure and monitor implementation, acting as an effective liaison between Business OPS and Data & Reporting representatives.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Fluent in French or Dutch, with an active knowledge of the other official language and English.
