The sky’s the limit with cloud computing, so you’ll need to use skills of virtualization, containerization, and orchestration using tools like Kubernetes and Docker to design, deploy, and manage cloud-based solutions. To take cloud adoption to its fullest extent, you’ll use your analytical and governance skills, problem-solving abilities, and cross-functional team collaboration to drive innovation and efficiency in cloud environments.
As the primary point of contact and lead in the service team, exceptional customer experiences are what Service Managers are positioned to provide. You’ll anticipate client needs through proactive communication and watch over the delivery process using your skills in efficient resource management, resolving any issues as they happen. Client satisfaction is crucial, so you’ll make sure our IT services align with their needs, driving digital transformation alongside customer satisfaction to exceed expectations.
**Qualifications**
**You’ll have knowledge and experience of the following**:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience with service management within an IT infrastructure environment
- Domains such as cloud (Azure and Office 365), storage and mobility and productivity solutions
- At least a ITIL v3 certification
- You know the difference between SLAs and KPIs
- A people-oriented approach
- Trust and partnership are two of the driving forces in your daily work
- Fluent in English and Dutch/French
