Dit in het kader van de hospitalisatieverzekering, de verzekering voor ambulante kosten of zware ziektes, én bij het aanbieden van bijkomende gezondheids gerelateerde diensten.

**ONZE MISSIE**
Het analyseren en uitbetalen van binnenkomende schades in het kader van de hospitalisatieverzekering, verzekering ambulante kosten en bijkomende diensten. In dit kader nauw in contact zijn met klanten om alle benodigde informatie te vergaren en hen goed in te lichten over het dossier, de terugbetaling en de procedures.
Het beheren van de polissen ‘Gezondheidszorg’ op zowel administratief als technisch vlak (reglementen, conventies en bijlagen) in nauw contact met de werkgever.
**EINDVERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN**
**Productie**
Taakstelling: Elke ingediende aanvraag in verband met het beheer van een dossier of een dienst aan een klant beantwoorden, de aanvragen analyseren en vervolgens, voor zover dat nodig is, de nodige acties ondernemen en zorg dragen voor de met de aanvragen gepaard gaande communicatie:
- Akte nemen van de aansluitingen en opzeggingen volgens procedures en regels van het contract
- Akte nemen van veranderingen van de hoedanigheid, de leeftijd of het segment van de aangesloten personen.
- Ervoor zorgen dat de gegevens in de databank op orde zijn, de afhandeling van de aanvragen stelselmatig en tijdig verzorgen, opdat de maandelijkse kwijtingen correct en volgens de verwachtingen van de klant worden opgesteld
- In voorkomend geval, de boekhoudkundige situatie van een klant onderzoeken om een aanvraag te beantwoorden en in functie daarvan actie ondernemen.
- In voorkomend geval, de impact op de activiteit Claims beoordelen alvorens actie te ondernemen naar aanleiding van een aanvraag
**Claims**
Taakstelling: Elke ingediende aanvraag in verband met het beheer van een dossier of een dienst aan een klant beantwoorden, de aanvragen analyseren en vervolgens, voor zover dat nodig is, de nodige acties ondernemen en de met de aanvragen gepaard gaande communicatie verzorgen:
- Informatie verzamelen over de dekking en de betrokken omstandigheden van een schadegeval.
- De aangifte van het schadegeval en de medische verklaringen analyseren. In voorkomend geval een beroep doen op de adviserende geneesheer van de verzekeringsmaatschappij.
- Het schadegeval aanvaarden of weigeren om de afhandeling van het dossier op te starten, rekening houdend met de omvang van de garanties in de verzekeringspolis en in overeenstemming met de geldende regels.
- De databank bijwerken en de eventuele betaling initiëren naar de begunstigde
- De mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatie in verband met die activiteiten voeren.
- Zorgen voor de opvolging van het schadedossier om het te kunnen afsluiten.
