**Your mission**

As Customer Relationship Manager, you will maintain good relationships with medium and large companies and brokers in the healthcare business by developing solutions tailored to the needs of external and internal customers within the legal, technical, and budgetary rules.
**Key responsibilities**
**Client Solutions**
Objective: Improve customer satisfaction.
You will listen to corporate customers' needs to find solutions tailored to their needs. This applies to both large existing customers and new customers. For new customers, this means guiding the start-up of plans smoothly and informing the customer and his employees about the health insurance product and processes. This includes taking care of the negotiations with the client (in collaboration with AXA Belgium's Account Managers), for improvements in the contracting calculations, bulk and import/export work, giving presentations, elaborating documents to inform the insureds properly. You will assist in developing these solutions in close cooperation with the Healthcare Management and the colleagues responsible for the operational and commercial activities. You will ensure a good collaboration between AXA Belgium and AXA Partners in the Client relationship. You will organise and participate in meetings with AXA Belgium in the context of customer service quality and the needs of AXA Partners. You will follow up complaints in collaboration with the Quality department and propose improvement actions.

You will take charge of the tasks described above and prepare the necessary correspondence as well as follow up on collections. You wil work closely with AXA, the reporting department, the production manager, and the accounting department (get input and give feedback) as well as anticipate tasks and make the necessary contacts to meet deadlines and SLA's.
**Improve processes**
Objective: Propose and develop process improvements
You will identify customer needs and take charge of initial analysis as well as propose improvement solutions. You will draw up the specifications for the solutions, drawing up the business plan, initiating, implementing, and supporting the implementation of the solutions. You will be the operational relay for internal clients within the framework of its missions and you will collaborate with the Support Officers.
**Cost control**
Objective: To control the operating costs of the Healthcare activity
You will take into account budgetary restrictions in its "solution" approach and you will find process improvements that are beneficial to IPA and defend them to AXA and customers.
**Your Profile**
Required experience and skills**

You have a Bachelor's degree, preferably but not necessarily in insurance or equivalent experience. You have proven experience working in a Business to Business environment. You are Trilingual in French, Dutch and English. You have a strong customer focus, actively examining and responding to the wishes and needs of internal and external customers. Resilient, you are a team player and a confident communicator, proactive and you have strong analytical and solution-oriented skills. You have good knowledge of IT tools and having good exposure to healthcare contracts would be a plus.
