HR Partners is een joint venture tussen DynaHR en Partena Professional en heeft onlangs, voor de vierde keer op rij (), het “Happy at Work certificaat” behaald
**Wat doen wij?**
Wij bieden ondersteuning aan bedrijven om hun HR organisatie aan te pakken. We vertrouwen op onze HR-experts om HR bij bedrijven te implementeren, te heroriënteren of naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
Onze activiteiten zijn onderverdeeld in "3 pijlers":
HR Interim Management: tijdelijke ondersteuning aan bedrijven door HR experten (Recruiters, HR Officers, HR BP's, HR Managers...)
HR Project Management: bedrijven helpen om HR projecten op de rails te krijgen
HR Consultancy: trainingen, workshops, managementondersteuning,... het zijn slechts enkele voorbeelden van wat we aanbieden.
Aangezien we sterk aan het groeien zijn, zijn we nu naarstig op zoek naar nieuwe HR talenten om ons team te versterken
Business Manager Talent Acquisition - wat houdt deze rol in ?

**Omschrijving**:
We zijn op zoek naar een Business Manager Talent Acquisition met een passie voor rekrutering, business development en people management. Je zal immers verantwoordelijk zijn voor de volledige rekruteringscyclus van HR profielen, je business verder ontwikkelen en je team aansturen. In deze functie maak je ook deel uit van het management team.
**Verantwoordelijkheden**:
**Rekrutering van talenten**
- Samen met klanten hun behoeften definiëren en uitschrijven
- Zoekopdrachten uitvoeren om potentiële kandidaten te identificeren
- Telefonische screenings
- Persoonlijke gesprekken voeren op basis van de STAR methode
- Kandidaten beoordelen en gedetailleerde rapporten opmaken
- Persoonlijkheids
- en andere tests interpreteren om kandidaten te beoordelen
- Kandidaten voorstellen aan klanten en het selectieproces verder opvolgen
- Onderhandelen rond salaris en adviseren bij het opstellen van contracten
- Ondersteuning bieden met oog op een succesvolle integratie van nieuwe medewerkers bij klanten
- Beheren van de interne rekrutering binnen HR Partners
**Business development**
- Een commerciële aanpak ontwikkelen afgestemd op de markt en de doelstellingen
- Samenwerken met het salesteam van HR Partners en het salesteam van Partena Professionnel op regelmatige basis informeren over het aanbod van HR Partners
- Samen met je collega’s prospecteren naar nieuwe klanten om consultants nieuwe opdrachten te kunnen voorstellen
- Samenwerkingsvoorstellen onderhandelen met klanten
- De klantentevredenheid bewaken
- Monitoren van de prestaties van je BU en actie ondernemen waar nodig om de werking van je BU te optimaliseren.
**Managen van een team**
- Een team van recruiters aanwerven, opleiden, motiveren en managen van een team recruiters, sourcers en hunters
- Managen van de activiteiten en de prestaties van je team
- Coördineren van de interne rekrutering
**Lid van het management team**
- Je neemt deel aan diverse HR-initiatieven en projecten binnen HR Partners
- Je geeft input mbt strategische beslissingen voor zowel de organisatie in het algemeen als je business unit in het bijzonder
- Je werkt actieplannen uit en zorgt voor een succesvolle uitvoering
**Requirements**:
**Functie-eisen**
- **3 tot 5 jaar succesvolle ervaring **als hunter in een rekruteringsbureau
- Ervaring met het beheren van een klantenportefeuile en een veelheid aan opdrachten
- Een eerste ervaring als teamleader of business manager is een pluspunt
- Aantoonbare ervaring in sourcing en direct hunting van profielen op verschillende niveaus, van management tot experts (idealiter binnen HR )
- Grondige kennis van het rekruteringsproces van A-Z ( van intake tot contractonderhandelingen)
- **Tweetalig Nederlands /Frans** en in staat om te communiceren in het Engels
- Universitair diploma in HR, bedrijfskunde of aanverwant
- Sterke communicatieve, onderhandelings
- en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
- Sterke management-en commerciële vaardigheden
