We zijn momenteel op zoek naar een bid manager om de coördinatie van onze verkoop
- en marketingoplossingen te leiden. Je zult het hart van onze commerciële projecten vormen, als de interface tussen ons bedrijf, onze partners en onze klanten.

**Taken**
- Het volledige levenscyclus van aanbestedingsreacties beheren, met inachtneming van interne processen en deadlines
- Technische documentatie schrijven, gebaseerd op informatie en gegevens verstrekt door de verschillende afdelingen die betrokken zijn bij het biedingsontwerpproces, en de productie van commerciële documenten volgen, in overeenstemming met het communicatiebeleid en de richtlijnen van het bedrijf.
- Projectteamvergaderingen plannen, organiseren en voorbereiden
- De nodige werktemplates en standaarden creëren om ons proces te optimaliseren en te verbeteren
- Contacten identificeren op basis van de vereiste service, uitgesproken en onuitgesproken problemen analyseren en identificeren, anticiperen en ervoor zorgen dat kwaliteitsresultaten op tijd worden behaald.
- Strategieën bepalen in nauwe samenwerking met verkoopteams.
- De oplossing, het voorstel en de betrokken middelen gedurende het hele proces orchestreren.

**Vereiste vaardigheden**
- Uitstekende project
- en planningsvaardigheden
- Bewezen communicatie
- en belanghebbendenmanagementvaardigheden
- Uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge vaardigheden in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie of in een verkoopafdeling
- Goede beheersing van Microsoft-tools, inclusief projectmanagementtoepassingen (vooral.xls/word/ppt); ervaring met AI en digitale werkomgeving is een pluspunt
- Begrip van specificaties en verkoopprocessen
- Masterdiploma of equivalent in bedrijfskunde, marketing of een gerelateerd vakgebied
- Eerste ervaring in facilitair management of de hotelindustrie is een pluspunt
