Het Medisch departement bij CM is verantwoordelijk voor een geïntegreerde medisch-sociale topdeskundigheid. Ons medisch en paramedisch personeel garanderen een empathische dienstverlening op maat van elk lid en een correcte, uniforme en efficiënte uitvoering van de regelgeving. Op die manier dragen wij bij tot de verdediging van een duurzaam, kwalitatief gezondheidszorgsysteem dat voor iedereen toegankelijk is.

Wil je jouw bijdrage brengen aan een duurzame herinschakeling van langdurig zieken in de arbeidsmarkt? Is het ondersteunen en oriënteren van langdurig zieke leden bij het zoeken naar werk een opdracht die jou aanspreekt? Ben je een echte teamplayer die graag in een multidisciplinair team werkt, in samenwerking met de adviserend arts en de referentie-paramedicus? Ja? Dan is de job van Terug naar Werk Coördinator voor de regio Limburg iets voor jou.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn de volgende:
- Je voert gesprekken met leden in arbeidsongeschiktheid (op vraag van de adviserend arts / op initiatief van de leden, life of via teams) om hen te begeleiden bij hun vragen en noden over werkhervatting. en de mogelijkheden daaromtrent.
- Je stemt het actieplan in ga’s-coördinatoren in andere regio’s.
- Je bouwt mee een netwerk van regionale partners op om aan de noden van de leden te beantwoorden.
- Je werkt aan een continue dienstverlening en identificeert de verbeteropportuniteiten.
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de teamverantwoordelijke van de regio Limburg. Je maakt deel uit van een multidisciplinair team met paramedische functies en adviserend artsen. het werkhervattingsdossier af op het arbeidsongeschiktheidstraject dat de adviserend arts uitwerkte.
- Je brengt de leden in contact met organisaties / dienstenverleners die een antwoord kunnen geven op de vragen en noden van de leden en hun sociaal-professioneel re-integratietraject kunnen begeleiden.
- Je volgt de administratie en de verschillende stappen bij het werkhervattingsproces en documenteert het resultaat van het traject.
- Je neemt deel aan intervisies met collega’s-coördinatoren in andere regio’s.
- Je bouwt mee een netwerk van regionale partners op om aan de noden van de leden te beantwoorden.
- Je werkt aan een continue dienstverlening en identificeert de verbeteropportuniteiten.
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de teamverantwoordelijke van de regio Limburg. Je maakt deel uit van een multidisciplinair team met paramedische functies en adviserend artsen.
Dit ben jij
De nieuwe collega die wij zoeken
- Bachelor of master diploma, bij voorkeur in een sociaal-medische richting.
- Je bent geslaagd met minimum 50% voor het examen "Certified Return to Work Coordinator" van "Disability Management" georganiseerd door het RIZIV of je bent bereid om het binnen de drie jaar na de start in de job af te leggen.
- Medische achtergrond en relevante beroepservaring, bv als loopbaancoach, zijn troeven voor de functie.
- Je bezit over kennis van de sociale landkaart, werkhervatting en vrijwilligersorganisaties,...en van de « Christelijke Mutualiteit » als organisatie of bent bereid om die kennis eigen te maken.
- Jouw relationele talenten, wendbaarheid en empathie zijn jouw beste troeven en garanderen vlotte contacten en een neutrale en onpartijdige houding met je gesprekspartners.
- Jouw organisatievermogen en voortgangscontrole laten een goede opvolging van jouw dossiers toe.
- Jouw goede netwerk en jouw proactieve houding zorgen voor het bereiken van de afgesproken/te behalen doelstellingen in een context van verandering.
