**The job**
- Serve as a trusted advisor and convince clients of the value Great Place To Work offers.
- Be an expert on all GPTW products and services and show clients how to capitalize on them.
- Understand clients’ needs to frame Emprising’s (our employee experience survey and culture management tool) value in a way that supports clients’ goals for working with GPTW.
- Delivering your findings to customers virtually in Culture Coaching.
- Own a diverse portfolio of clients, including onboarding, advising, training, and checking in with clients to ensure platform adoption.
- Listen for areas of dissatisfaction and improvement, and relay that information to the team for continuous learning and improvement.
- Offer expertise and best practices in survey design and data structuring.
- Proactively provide updates and relevant information on product changes/updates, GPTW events/research/recognition programme to clients.
- Listen for and elevate opportunities to expand partnerships through upsells and cross-selling.
- Prepare for and give workshops to inspire positive changes in the workplace.

**You**
- Are customer-oriented and have a growth mindset.
- Love building client relationships in a mainly virtual setting.
- Can prioritize and manage multiple tasks across simultaneous projects.
- Have strong communication skills in French, English and Dutch.
- Are a great listener who enjoys customers on their best and worst days.
- Are data savvy and feel comfortable advising customers in this.
- Find it important to help our customers to make progress in their own organisation.
- Preferably have a master’s degree. One in I/O psychology is a plus.
- Like working in a team and enjoy a flexible environment where people help each other.
- Enjoy working flexibly from our Brussels, Ghent, or Leuven campuses and your home office.
