**Description de la fonction**

Afin de soutenir leur croissance, notre client situé à Bruxelles est à la recherche d’un-e _Finance Manager_. La jeune société internationale en pleine expansion opère en Belgique, au Luxembourg, Paris, New York & Madrid. Notre client, acteur dans le secteur immobilier, se démarque par une ambiance scale-up.

**Tâches principales**

En tant que_ Finance Manager (h/f/x), _vos responsabilités seront multiples, de quoi ne jamais s’ennuyer

1. Finance:

- Vous maintenez les **process financiers** et les outils d’opérations financières à jour pour chaque site
- Vous **conseillez** les départements lors de leur processus décisionnel en matière financière
- Vous assurez la gestion des relations avec les **auditeurs**:

- Vous participez à la mise en œuvre des **contrôles internes** et des processus de **reporting** financier, du reporting IFRS, de la conformité SOX, etc.

2. Comptabilité:

- Vous **supervisez** l’équipe comptable et gérez **l’activité comptable day-to-day**:

- Vous assurez les **clôtures** (mensuels, trimestriels & annuels)
- Vous préparez les **consolidations trimestrielles** (en IFRS) que vous communiquerez au comité de direction

3. Budget:

- Vous élaborez et tenez à jour les **rapports mensuels de suivi budgétaire**:

- Vous **établissez** le **budget annuel**:

- Vous fournissez des rapports en la matière selon les besoins.

4. Stratégie:

- Vous contrôlez le **cash-flow**:

- Vous supportez le CFO lors des levées de fonds bancaires
- Vous identifiez les potentielles opérations de M&A afin de soutenir la croissance de l’entreprise.

**Profil recherché**
- Vous faites état de **minimum 4 années** d’expérience en audit (BIG4) et en comptabilité
- Vous possédez de bonnes connaissances en matière de **procédures comptables** ainsi que de **modélisation** et d’**analyse financières**. La connaissance des normes IFRS est un plus
- Vous êtes indépendant-e, autonome et possédez un **vif esprit entrepreneurial**:

- Vous maîtrisez le français ainsi que l’anglais.
