Functieomschrijving

Binnen onze bank zijn wij op zoek naar een collega voor het team Controle & Reporting.

Als Control & Reporting analyst is je grootste taak het analyseren van de risico’s binnen de directie Payments & Investments.

Je voert hiervoor eerstelijnscontroles uit op de transacties die verwerkt worden binnen deze directie. Je overlegt met de business welke controles nodig zijn en wat die precies inhouden waarna je deze kan uitwerken en implementeren.

Je stelt hierbij nieuwe procedures op of werkt ze bij waar nodig. Verder houd je ook de gegevensbank van effecten up-to-date.

Ten slotte rapporteer je aan alle andere teams, alsook aan de externe instanties (FATCA, CRS, QI, DGS, CAP, Payments Statistics, ) en ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de diensten Permanente controle, Compliance, Inspectie & Audit.

Profiel

Je hebt een bachelordiploma in economie of financiën en hebt enkele jaren ervaring (3-5 jaar) binnen de financiële sector, bij voorkeur in een controlefunctie.

Je zoekt alles tot in de puntjes uit. Zodra je je ergens in vastbijt, laat je niet makkelijk los. Je bent een echte ‘inspecteur’

Je bent analytisch, kritisch, communicatief, maar ook diplomatisch. Je gaat in overleg met je collega’s, maar vindt het niet erg om zelfstandig te werken.

IT-toepassingen als MS Office, Business Objects, SQL,klinken voor jou niet vreemd.

De collega’s zijn voornamelijk Nederlandstalig, maar je trekt goed je plan in het Frans zodat je intern met iedereen kan afstemmen. Een basis Engels is mooi meegenomen.

Hun toepassing controleren en aanpassingen voorstellen
- De onregelmatigheden of onjuistheden die werden vastgesteld tijdens onderzoeken of controles identificeren en bekendmaken
- De financiële risico's (beheer van activa en passiva, markt, krediet) van een organisatie opvolgen (voorzieningen voor kosten, uitstaande bedragen,...)
- Het jaarlijkse auditplan van een organisatie uitwerken en uitvoeren of de auditopdrachten bepalen en superviseren
- De regelmatigheid en betrouwbaarheid van de uitgevoerde operaties controleren
De financiële toestand van de organisatie controleren
- Audits uitvoeren (opzoeken van boekhoudkundige documenten, controle van de toegepaste werkingsregels, ontmoeting met de betrokken medewerkers,...)
