**Salary package**
Your salary is of course an important part of your job. At our company you will receive a competitive wage, and any communication about this is transparent. Men earn the same as women at our company and our wage ratio is 1 to 6. That means that the highest wage is a maximum of six times higher than the lowest wage. **Function**:
Our sales team within the Business Banking department is seeking an Impact Relationship Manager for the Sustainable & Professional Property portfolio.
The Business Banking department at Triodos Bank in Belgium has 40 members of staff, including 12 staff working within the sales team for our business customers in the following areas: project financing, renewable energy, healthcare, art and culture, small and medium-sized enterprises, Triodos ethical investment projects and sustainable property. This team focuses exclusively on generating new business that has a positive impact on society.
It is supported by 20 colleagues who make up the Credit Expertise Team. The Credit Expertise Team has a Middle Office of Portfolio Managers and a Back Office that is responsible for the administrative follow-up of these relationships.
Within Business Banking, three Product Managers also work on the CO2 impact of the lending portfolio and other projects aligned with Triodos’s mission and values, focusing on sustainability and making a positive impact on society.
**Position**
Our financing policy is based on a proactive contribution to the development of a more sustainable society, This policy is anchored in the real economy and is transparent about its financing decisions and criteria, while also taking into account the climate targets that the bank is seeking to achieve.
As a Real Estate Impact Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- You will proactively seek out and approach prospective business customers (investment and promotion) in Belgium that respect Triodos Bank’s basic tenets and core values, offering them solutions aligned with our commercial strategy and our financial goals in the sustainable property segment.
- You will negotiate the terms and conditions of lending offers with prospective customers and/or partner banks.
