**Mission**:
You will run a dedicated portfolio of Belgian subsidiaries of Multi National Corporations (MNCs) covered by GLBA bankers outside of Belgium as well as Belgian Corporates. You will work in collaboration with the GLBA Banker in charge of each global client relationship as well as the business lines offering products and services to the Corporate clients.

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Responsible for defining and implementing the commercial strategy of the Bank towards these subsidiaries. As such, you will be accountable for the development of this client portfolio and its profitability, through cross selling business opportunities that have significant potential for the organisation as well as understanding /anticipating clients’ needs and strategy and sharing knowledge with all relevant business lines in order to direct clients to appropriate business lines specialists
- Responsible, alongside the GLBA Banker, for the overall banking relationship
- Responsible for the monitoring of the risk on your portfolio of names to ensure that the Bank’s resources allocated to those names is not put at undue stress
- Full involvement in all credit related topics around your portfolio of clients either on regular management of files or discussion of more difficult files (Watch list) in line with SG policies. In this context you will ensure monitoring of potential regulatory risk, fraud risk, execution errors and possible commercial disputes with the clients or other parties
- Monitoring of operational and conduct risks across your portfolio of clients as well as ensuring compliance with policies and procedures in the management of the clients’ relationships
- Ensuring that confidentiality is kept on all clients sensitive matters, by using all relevant compliance tools when necessary (Chinese Wall, Gilt list) and follow thoroughly all KYC requirements, for existing clients or prospect

**Profile required**:
**Studies & experience**:

- Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in a client facing role

**Language skills**:

- Fluency in French, English and Dutch

**Technical, operational & Soft skills**:

- Strong knowledge of the products, services and solutions offered by the Bank
- Good credit and risk knowledge and sound knowledge of regulations
- Good understanding of clients and related sectors
- Awareness of documentary and legal requirements
