- Chargé de communication junior H/F
- Présent en France, Belgique et Luxembourg, Square Management est un cabinet de conseil en stratégie et organisation. Le cabinet compte 900 consultants et intervient principalement autour de 9 domaines d'Excellence : Data, Digital & Marketing, Entreprises & Finance Durables, Innovation, People & Change, Regulatory & Compliance, Risk & Finance, Supply Chain.**Contexte**
Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recherchons un/une chargé/e de communication junior. Rattaché(e) à la Responsable Communication et RSE du Groupe, son rôle consistera à l'accompagner dans la gestion de la communication interne et externe.**Missions**
Les principales missions seront les suivantes:
**Communication interne**:
- Coordination de la communication entre les Cabinets du groupe : accompagnement des responsables communication des cabinets dans leur planning de communication et dans la production de divers supports et projets (visuels, photos, vidéos, etc.).
- Animation : accompagnement à la mise en place d'opérations spéciales en internes (actions solidaires, partenariats, événements internes).
**Communication externe**:
- Parutions : gestion des parutions (book, focus, etc.) avec le graphiste et les auteurs, et organisation des communications.
- Fondation Square : développement de la communication de la Fondation Square et des actions de sensibilisation et de promotion de la Fondation.
- Coordination prestataires : accompagnement dans la production, la communication et la mise en place des événements externes et des prestataires.
En plus de ces missions, vous accompagnerez si nécessaire la Responsable Communication sur divers projets.**Qualités requises**
Outre une solide culture de communication, le/la chargé/e de communication doit bien comprendre le monde de l'entreprise. Le management de projet lui est familier et il/elle est à l'aise avec les suites bureautiques classiques, ainsi que l'anglais. Il/Elle possède en outre un esprit de synthèse et d'organisation qui lui permet de jongler entre différents projets aisément.
- Diplomate, avec une forte capacité d'adaptation et force de proposition. Personne de terrain, doté(e) de fortes valeurs humaines et d'un très bon relationnel, permettant de se positionner comme un véritable relais auprès du management et au cœur du business.
- Issu(e) d'une formation Bac+5 : communication, école de commerce/gestion.
