**Description**
- Evaluate the needs and impacts of the various ongoing projects and initiatives in terms of change management, with possible developments to be taken into account according to needs;
- Define an appropriate change plan in close collaboration with the team leader and the roadmap / project / initiative managers;
- Identify the activities and the means necessary to carry out the change activities;
- Track change activities using the appropriate tools;
- Actively manage and implement a stakeholder plan;
- Define and implement communication actions;
- Define and implement possible training actions;
- Define and implement possible organizational design and performance management actions;
- Create clear and attractive communication supports (in collaboration with the communication department and project analysts);
- Create clear, insightful and engaging frequently asked questions;
- Maintain and improve communication channels like Share Point, Teams;
- Organization of events;
- Define and support documentation actions.

Technical context

The mission is carried out in a strong IT context (Infrastructure and Security)

1. Project Support / Portfolio IT Infrastructure/Technology & Security

2. Support for the management of the IT Production department

This will involve providing support in terms of change management (organizational, tools or working methods) to the management of the IT Production department (80 to 100 people) and managing communication both internally to the department and to these stakeholders (at the within the IT department as well as in other departments) in order to promote the evolutions and actions of the service.

Business background

The DBS department provides a solid, agile and secure IT environment and tools contributing to the achievement of the mission and strategic objectives. The strategy of the DBS department focuses on 4 main priority areas:
1. Digitization and data: this involves strengthening our data services, as well as our interfaces with the business within the client. This is also reflected in an investment in the digitalization of our activities and customer channels.

2. Service orientation and user experience: it is a question of moving towards a service-oriented organization and, ultimately, of strengthening the satisfaction of our users

3. The establishment of an efficient DBS organization, including through continuous improvement and optimal management of its budget

4. Facilitating the energy transition and new market dynamics

Within the DBS department, the CIO Office & Corporate PMO team provides a framework to manage the department's strategy, projects/portfolios and communication, IT contracts, IT finances and budget. The team also provides the

framework for managing IT performance by encouraging service and process orientation, measuring operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and managing the department's improvement plan.
