Ter uitbreiding van het team te Zaventem zoekt onze klant gekend in energie technologieën en digitale oplossingen een Project Administrator.
Binnen deze functie zal je voornamelijk ondersteuning bieden aan het sales team voor product en project orders.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden?
- Het inbrengen van bestellingen in SAP
- Administratieve afhandeling van lange termijn overeenkomsten
- Aanmaken van orderbevestiging aan de klanten
- Het onderhouden van telefonische contacten met klanten voor vragen gerelateerd aan bestellingen (bv. Leveringstermijnen, leveringen, facturen, garanties)
- Afstemmen met allerlei collega’s intern o.a. het magazijn, buyers,
- Meedenken over optimalisatie van bedrijfsprocessen binnen customer service
- Het verwerken van tijdslijsten en onkosten van engineers
- Afsluiten van orders in SAP
- Het tijdig en correct factureren

**Profiel**: Wie ben jij als Project Administrator?
- Je beschikt mínimaal over een bachelor niveau
- Een eerdere administratieve ervaring heb je achter de rug
- Je beheerst zeer goed Nederlands en Engels. De beheersing van het Frans is een pluspunt
- Je kan vlot werken met het Office-pakket en ERP-systeem
- Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig
- Tot slot ben je klantgericht, service-minded en proactief
