Senior Compliance Business Advisor

**Description**
Au sein de la division Compliance de notre client, vous êtes membre de l’équipe des business advisors qui veillent au maintien de la réputation de la banque et au respect des normes éthiques et des règles de conduite.
Vos principales responsabilités en tant que Compliance Business Advisor:
- Vous aidez les divisions commerciales et leur hiérarchie à identifier, comprendre et gérer les risques compliance relatifs aux activités de l'entreprise en tant que bancassureur ;
- En collaboration avec d’autres directions, vous conseillez la mise en place de solutions appropriées pour la maîtrise des risques compliance et faites des évaluations des nouveaux projets, produits et services ;
- Vous suivez les réglementations nationales et européennes dans les domaines compliance, organisez des actions de sensibilisation et des formations et émettez des directives afin que des processus et des instructions internes adéquats soient adoptés ;
- Vous planifiez et réalisez des contrôles spécifiques ;
- Vous formulez des propositions de recommandations et en suivez l’exécution en concertation avec les divisions commerciales.
**Profile**
- Titulaire d’un master en droit ;
- Familiarisé avec les législations financières européennes et belges (MiFID, MAR, IDD..) ;
- Vous êtes analytique et critique et êtes capable de défendre votre propre opinion ;
- En tant que juriste, vous avez une expérience dans une fonction juridique ou de contrôle interne propre au secteur financier ;
- Vous êtes particulièrement intéressé dans les assurances ;
- Vous êtes communicatif, énergique et orienté solution ;
- Vous parlez et écrivez de manière courante en néerlandais, français et anglais.
