**Description**

As an Executive Assistant to the CEO your primary responsibility will be supporting the CEO, provide support to the executive team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

- Organising and maintaining office systems.
- Working directly with high-level employees.
- Preparing corporate documents.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contact database.
- Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite.

Our client is a world class supplier of design and manufacture of high lift structures, complex mechanical assemblies and major functional components.

The office is located in Zaventem.

**Profile**
- At least 2 to 3 years experience in administrative role reporting directly to upper management.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills in English, French and German and Dutch are considered a big plus.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
- Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done. Adaptable and enjoys a challenge.
- Ability to keep company confidences.

The contract is intented to be permanent, but it will start with an initial interim period.

The office is located in Zaventem.
