**National Account Executive Healthcare**
As a National Account Executive Healthcare at UPS, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and maintaining customer relationships within your book of business, ranging from $2 million to $30 million in revenue. Are you excited to develop unique and compelling solutions and value propositions?
**What you’ll do**
In this dynamic role, you’ll be the entry-portal for your customers into the expanding world of UPS Healthcare services. These include - but are not limited to - Small Package, Freight Forwarding, Warehousing and Distribution, Cold Chain Ground, and more. You’ll drive revenue growth and meet customer needs by identifying new opportunities and implementing strategies to meet targets. To begin with, you’ll develop a deep understanding of UPS Healthcare services, solutions and technologies to translate them into customer value.
Collaborating with Operations and Customer Solutions, you’ll evaluate and adjust solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. By staying informed about customer strategies, financials, product launches and pipeline developments and expanding relationships with the existing customer base, you’ll address the unique needs of various stakeholders. You’ll also monitor revenue commitments, manage target accounts and participate in joint customer calls to present UPS products and services.
Regular updates and customer reviews, along with the creation of top-notch presentations, will uncover new sales opportunities. Analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) will help you identify areas for service improvement, ensuring UPS Healthcare’s continued excellence.

**What you'll need**
- Ambition and drive to win with a hunter sales mentality
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not essential - Logistics / Supply Chain, Healthcare or Business Economics preferred.
- Minimum two years’ complex selling experience ideally within pharma, medtech or labs industry.
- Strong verbal and written English and German Language Skills.
- Flexible to travel within Europe).
- Collaborating with other regions and time zones means you’ll be flexible with working hours
- The ability to translate solutions and services into capabilities that meet customer needs
