Onze missie bij huapii is een bondgenoot te zijn om uw organisatie toekomstbestendig te maken en mensen in staat te stellen zich te ontplooien.
Dit doen we door HR en people managers te ondersteunen bij het ontplooien van de sterke punten, vaardigheden en het volledige potentieel van hun mensen en teams. Niet op de meer traditionele manier, maar echt 'van binnenuit' door het combineren van onze virale veranderingsaanpak en ons platform om het te laten beklijven.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
Relatiebeheer: je helpt de klanten van huapii om de maximale waarde uit huapii te halen door hun doelen te begrijpen en hen te helpen deze te bereiken. Veranderingsmanagement: coach en ondersteun klanten bij het zo effectief mogelijk beheren van de invoering van nieuw gedrag (nieuwe manieren van werken). Ervoor zorgen dat onze klanten het volledige potentieel van onze producten en diensten benutten om hun doelstellingen te bereiken.
Personalized platform set up: werk nauw samen met het product-team om de evolutie van huapii's platform en het beheer van implementaties te optimaliseren (co-creatie workshops met klanten, feedback aan het product team, de stem van de klant zijn voor het oplossen van problemen...)
Bevorderen van adoptie en klanttevredenheid om vernieuwingen en upsells te stimuleren. Help de huapii Customer Success-strategie te verbeteren voor toekomstige klanten. In samenwerking met Sales en Marketing het verhaal van onze successen vertellen, via pers, webportalen en evenementen.
Last but not least, verras ons met ideeën waar we niet aan gedacht zouden hebben Wij zijn een start-up, wat je de kans geeft om je op nieuwe gebieden te ontwikkelen als je dat zelf wilt :)
Je toolkit voor deze missie:
- Talen: uitstekend NL + EN (+ andere talen zijn een grote plus)
- 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in (bij voorkeur zachte) HR of Customer Success rollen
- Een echte "can-do" houding en actiebereidheid
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden met een groei
- en leermindset
- Uitstekende klantenservice en vaardigheden om relaties op te bouwen
- Sterke project management vaardigheden
- Het vermogen om klantdoelstellingen te identificeren en succesplannen aan te sturen om deze te bereiken
- Vermogen om technische details van product configuratie en levering te leren (tech savvy)
- Verlangen om het HR product landschap en de problemen die worden aangepakt te leren kennen
