**Jouw bijdrage, jouw missies**:
Als Implementation Support Officer zijn je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden de volgende:

- uitschrijven van gebruiksaanwijzingen en de procedures, je update deze waar nodig;
- opvolgen van de vertalingen van de gebruikershandleidingen;
- uitvoeren van tests en signaleert eventuele problemen aan het ontwikkelingsteam;
- meewerken aan de validering bij de klant;
- opvolgen van de implementering bij de klant en het de omkaderen van de klanten die met het product aan de slag gaan;
- coachen, opleiden en ondersteunen van gebruikers tijdens de uitrol van IT-oplossingen;
- in grote lijnen meewerken aan de implementering van veranderingsprojecten binnen de structuur.

**Jij, onze toekomstige collega**:

- bent in het bezit van een Bachelor, bij voorkeur uit een humane, marketing of gerelateerde richting;
- beschikt over een vlotte pen en bezit sterke redactionele vaardigheden;
- beschikt over eerdere ervaring van mínimaal 3 jaar in een gelijkaardige functie;
- hebt ervaring in het coachen en het overbrengen van nieuwe kennis op eindgebruikers en beschikt dus over sterke coaching en pedagogische skills;
- communiceert vlot, duidelijk en precies, bent assertief maar tegelijk ook diplomatisch.
