**Votre contribution, vos missions**:
En tant que Implementation Support Officer, vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes:
- vous assurez la rédaction de modes d’emploi et de procédures et les tenez régulièrement à jour;
- vous faites le suivi des traductions des manuels d’utilisateurs;
- vous effectuez les tests et vous rapportez les éventuels problèmes à l'équipe de développement;
- vous participez à la validation chez le client;
- vous assurez le suivi auprès du client lors de la phase d'implémentation et vous veillez à l’encadrement des clients concernés par ce produit;
- vous assurez le coaching des utilisateurs lors du déploiement de solutions IT et vous rédigez les supports sous-jacents;
- de manière globale, vous participez à la mise en œuvre de projets de changement au sein de la structure.
**Vous, notre futur.e collègue, vous**:
- disposez d’un Bachelier, de préférence dans un domaine orienté humain, marketing ou similaire ;
- possédez d’excellentes compétences de rédaction ;
- avez une expérience antérieure dans une fonction similaire de minimum 3 ans;
- avez de l’expérience dans le coaching et l’apprentissage de nouvelles matières envers les utilisateurs finaux ;
- possédez de bonnes capacités de coaching et vous faites preuve de pédagogie;
- communiquez de façon aisée, clair et précise et assertif tout en restant diplomatique ;
- êtes de préférence bilingue FR/NL.
