The Microsoft Alliance Sr Program Manager is the key stakeholder in the relationship with Microsoft in Europe for the Collaboration/Modern Workplace stack. He/she identifies, develops with various stakeholders in Microsoft all existing development and rebate programs and enforces in country all Microsoft programs contributing to grow the business and improve P&L, this thanks to any kind of rebate and grow programs that Microsoft launches on a regular basis.
The primary responsibility of MSFT Alliance Sr Program Manager is to make sure that countries are informed, enabled and know how to exploit the large variety of programs.
Next to this, the Alliance Sr Program Manager will follow up the status with each of the countries, help and correct where necessary, report within countries and European region on progress.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Be very knowledgeable on the Workplace portfolio: from Collaboration, over productivity and Automation to Co-Pilot and other new features coming.
- Be very knowledgeable about all Microsoft programs that NTT can benefit off, ideally month before they are launched, and share the information in countries in understandable way with detailed process descriptions how to benefit from these programs
- Have very regular touch points with the countries to evaluate, help and measure outcomes
- Build up and maintain a MSFT community across the Countries to share experiences, best practices, keep the Countries up to date and promote the business. (SALES - GTM)
- Identify in MSFT appropriate contacts and target businesses/organizations, cultivate interest, nurture relationships.(VENDOR RELATIONSHIP)
- Maintain detailed reportings in both ways: towards countries and towards region. But also pro-actively track rebates claimed, paid, etc and optimize the GP thanks to the optimization of these programs on a deal-by-deal basis
- Launch business development activities together with the GTM EX leads, actively supporting the organization to develop marketing plans, train sales & GTM teams, and develop initiatives to strengthen alliance results. Support marketing initiatives and MDF plan (BUSINESS PLANNING / EXECUTION)
- Ensure commitment from MSFT for pipeline generation and revenue goals. Support Countries to gain Co-Sell support on all NTT Ltd Opportunities with MSFT (SALES)
- Work closely and collaboratively with the partner enablement team at Regional and Group level and others to ensure delivery of clear and coordinated enablement across the partner lifecycle (SALES - PROGRAM MANAGEMENT).

**Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes**:
- Have demonstrable in dept experience in Digital Workplace and Automation
- Have strong hands-on experience in collaboration with Msoft as Alliance or Program Manager, having an in dept knowledge how Msoft programs work
- Good team players and maintain the integrity and display good attention to detail
- Solid analytic and negotiation skills
- Great presentation, verbal, and writing skills; ability to communicate complex ideas effectively across a wide range of audience levels and functions
- English speaking and writing is a must, one extra European language knowledge is a plus
- Able to focus and execute in a changing environment
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and project management skills, using relevant information to make timely and critical decisions that affect cross-functional teams
