Your Profile:
- The role is great suited for someone with strong understanding of LMS and ability to successfully communicate to multiple levels of business understanding.
- You are fluent in English (TME business language); any other language is a plus
- You have a master in Learning, Information or Education Technology.
- You have minimum 2 years’ experience in Learning Technologies.
- You love working as a team in an international environment.

Your team and your responsibilities:
“Learning Technologies” Team is part of Toyota Academy Europe in the Sales, Marketing & Customer Experience Division. The team is responsible for the Learning Management platform (LMS) for Toyota and Lexus in Europe and is providing support and consultancy to TME and NMSCs training organisations in utilising the platform for training innovation, delivering, promoting and measuring learning in Europe and at Retailers. The scope of activities covers members of TME, all 30 National Marketing and Sales Companies (NMSCs) and their networks in all European languages.
**Your responsibilities**:
The “Learning Technologies Specialist” is part of the Learning Technologies Group within Toyota Academy Europe that oversees and supports NMSCs and Toyota Motor Europe (TME) key-users of Learning Management System across Europe, supports development and roll-out of digital learning projects and acts as consultant to TME training units and NMSCs training departments on the effective use of technology for learning.
Key responsibilities, together with Sureskills partner & technical supporting team, do include:
1. Coordinate Learning Management System support
Example of activities:
- Ensure all questions and requests from system administrators are answered
- Ensure the troubleshooting of reported system problems
- Make sure that support incidents are tracked, propose and implement Kaizen opportunities
- Create how-to’s for FAQ and also encourage colleagues to do so
2. Projects support
Example of activities:
- Offer consultancy to project owners and at TME, NMSCs and content vendors about best system use and about newly introduced system features
3. Training and coaching
Example of activities:
- Organize and deliver training to new and existing system key-users
- Organize webinars for specific topics
- Create training materials and manuals
4. Coordination of new report creation
