Go-to-market Strategy Manager

**What you'll do**:
Doctolib is looking for a Go-To-Market Strategy Lead who will be responsible for understanding the healthcare market in Belgium, supporting the growth plan of our care cooperation product portfolio and assessing the launch of Doctolib's full product suite in the market.
Your objective will be to drive New Business opportunity analysis for the Belgium healthcare market, fully understanding the ehealth ecosystem, driving recommendation either to grow the care cooperation business or to assess new business opportunities in Belgium and supporting the internationalization framework of Doctolib through Siilo. Reporting to the GTM Senior Lead, you will work closely with Global product and strategy teams, as well as local sales and marketing teams. In this role you will have a direct impact on improving the experience of healthcare professionals on a daily basis and facilitating Belgium patients' access to healthcare.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Developing & constantly refining a thorough macro understanding of the **Belgium healthcare market **(market sizing, needs, competition, trends, legislation,)
- Building a deep understanding of **healthcare professionals **(P&L, needs, reimbursement schemes, ways of working, tool,), defining notably the strategy for one or two clusters (eg Physicians, Dentists, Physiotherapists, Nurses)
- Identifying **new business opportunities & defining go-to-market strategies **options
- Building robust **pricing **analysis and strategy
- Building **product vision and prioritizing product roadmap**:
- Defining and optimizing **user journey **from Siilo user base to **upsell **on Doctolib Patient
- Building **decision making scheme**:
- Driving **business reviews **with Doctolib's top management

You could be our next team mate if:
- You have 5 to 8 years of experience in a startup or high growth tech business, with proven knowledge of the healthcare market and a strong willingness to work in the industry
- You have experience working as a marketing manager and/or within Go-To-Market teams
- You have experience in a digital and fast growth environment - you enjoy spending time 'in the field', meeting and building connections with the different actors in the health ecosystem (both healthcare professionals and potential partners)
- You have a strong entrepreneurial and problem-solver mindset
- You are very analytical and passionate about developing insights, scoping analysis plans and providing critical information that drives a dynamic and fast-growing business
Now, it would be fantastic if:
- You have the ability to think strategically, act tactically, write effectively and display strong critical thinking skills
- You are highly driven and results and action-orientation with strong project management skills
- You like the stretch between shaping a strategy and getting into the detail of implementation and operations
- You are fluent in Dutch and English (bonus if you also speak French) and based in or near Brussels, Antwerp or Ghent
