Vous voulez jouer un rôle clé dans l'organisation de bpost ? En tant que Manager Stratégique des Ressources Humaines, vous collaborerez étroitement avec la direction générale de BU Belgique pour comprendre, rendre transparent et optimiser la population de cols blancs au sein de bpost Belgique. En commençant par bpost Belgique, l'objectif est de soutenir cela à terme au sein du groupe bpost, qui possède des succursales aux États-Unis, en Europe et en Asie. Vous rendrez compte au Directeur de la Gestion des Ressources Humaines, qui est responsable de la stratégie de personnel à court et à long terme de bpost.
**Votre Mission**:
Développer une collaboration étroite avec la direction générale de BU Belgique pour:
- Rendre transparente la population de cols blancs au sein de bpost NV (qui fait quoi, ce qui est nécessaire),
- Mesurer les performances de cette population (quelle est notre efficacité), et
- Faciliter la planification stratégique des effectifs de cette population (combien de personnes aurons-nous besoin à l'avenir),
- Faciliter ainsi les discussions sur les initiatives visant à équilibrer la demande et l'offre de main-d'œuvre (flexibilité, efficacité, organisation, etc.).
**Votre Rôle**:
- Partenaire en Planification des Effectifs : Agissez en tant que partenaire de réflexion proactif pour les managers de cols blancs, traduisant les besoins de l'entreprise en actions concrètes en collaboration avec les Ressources Humaines et d'autres départements pertinents.
- Penseur Analytique et Stratégique : Développez des analyses et soyez un partenaire stratégique pour l'entreprise. Soutenez les équipes dans l'identification des opportunités d'amélioration de l'efficacité et l'initiation de propositions concernant l'organisation, la collaboration, les processus et l'utilisation de nouveaux outils.
- Soutenir la Transformation : Aidez à concevoir et/ou à initier les initiatives susmentionnées.
- Outils : L'objectif est de développer rapidement des analyses de Workforcepour simplifier et décentraliser les analyses susmentionnées, permettant de se concentrer sur la réflexion stratégique sur les solutions.
**Votre Profil**:
Il va sans dire que vous avez de solides compétences analytiques et que vous apportez de la motivation, de l'enthousiasme, de l'énergie et une attitude positive à l'équipe. Nous voulons souligner ce qui suit:
- Expérience : Minimum 5-10 ans d'expérience en Ressources Humaines (analytique), en conseil en stratégie/gestion ou au sein du département de stratégie d'une multinationale de premier plan. Une connaissance approfondie de la deuxième langue nationale et de l'anglais est requise.
- Insight Stratégique : Vous pensez à court, moyen et long terme, pouvez identifier les problèmes centraux, évaluer les risques et élaborer un chemin vers l'impact.
- Autonome : Vous êtes responsable de votre travail : indépendant, proactif, pratique et orienté résultats, avec les bonnes priorités et le pragmatisme.
- Gestion des Parties Prenantes : Vous pouvez facilement vous connecter avec les équipes opérationnelles de l'entreprise et la direction générale, de préférence en anglais et en néerlandais ou en français. Vous faites preuve de bon sens et de capacités diplomatiques pour naviguer à travers des questions confidentielles et sensibles.
- Compétences Techniques : Excellente connaissance des Ressources Humaines ou de l'analyse des personnes et des systèmes informatiques RH, passionné par (Gen)AI et les nouvelles technologies.
