- Je krijgt de kans om volledig ondergedompeld te worden in de wereld van verzekeringen. Theorie, maar ook praktische cases zullen je overtuigen dat verzekeringen geen droge materie zijn Brand, overstromingen, schade aan derden, het zijn allemaal risico's waar wij, als echte partner, met veel enthousiasme onze klanten over adviseren
- Naast deze technische opleiding, kan jij rekenen op een Sales Coach én Teamcoach die klaarstaan om jou maximaal te begeleiden in de wereld van onze klanten.
- Je weg vinden in onze besturingssystemen om de behoeften van onze klant te analyseren om gepaste (verzekerings)oplossingen voor te stellen.
- Samen met je collega's streef je naar een maximale commerciële groei

- **De 'Goesting' vinden we graag terug binnen drie essentiële domeinen**:_
- Je houdt ervan om klanten te adviseren en overtuigen, jezelf verdiepen in de verzekeringen en om je te ontwikkelen.
- Bovendien bezit je vandaag al enkele skills die je verder wil uitdiepen, zoals relationele vaardigheden, resultaatgerichtheid en oplossingsgericht denken.
- Je bent op zoek naar een uitdagende, resultaatgerichte en klantgerichte functie waarbij veel variatie jou niet afschrikt.
- Maximaal 2 jaar ervaring.
- Autonoom werken maar je bent ook een teamplayer die terecht komt in een dynamisch team.
- Je bezit over een goede portie mensenkennis en bent flexibel.
- Veelvuldig klantencontact (telefonie, chat, video) schrikt jou niet af.
- Je spreekt zéér goed Nederlands en hebt een basisniveau van het Engels (Frans is mooi meegenomen maar zeker geen must)
