Job Description:
3M is establishing two industry-leading companies, creating value through the spin-off of its Health Care business, while 3M will continue to be a global material science leader, focusing our innovation to win in favorable global megatrends and attractive end markets. This new Health Care Company will be a leading global diversified health technology company with:

We expect the creation of the two companies will be completed by the end of Q1 2024. For now, we will continue to operate as one global company. This role is positioned to drive the success of the "New Health Care Company”.
The Impact You’ll Make in this Role:
As the Customer Issue Resolution Representative (M/F/x), you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- _ End-to-End CIR Management - handling customer issues related to billing, collections, and complaint management - this includes disputes, returns, adjustments and collection activities to secure timely payment and short cycle time for customer complaints._
- _ Efficiently building credibility and trust with customers and businesses through timely and accurate CIR resolution processing._
- _ Interpreting policies and regulations, investigating problems, and communicating with other departments and providers to research and resolve issues, identify and implement service solutions._
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- _ Fluent language skills in English, Spanish and Italian_
- _ Strong customer facing skills; maintain a professional, positive, and tactful demeanor with clients and customers._
- _ Bachelor ‘s degree or higher from preferably business, economics or similar_
- _ Experience in customer service, finance, supply chain or sales_
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- _ Ability to build customer knowledge End-to-End with all open issues within the CIR responsibility and proactive interact to secure timely payment and fast resolution on complaint management_
- _ Experience with customer service processes and systems - SAP and Sales Force_
- _ Ability to handle a variety of inquiries and to develop solutions for moderately complex issues_
- _ Ability to deliver and follow Team KPI targets in a timely and efficient manner_
