Le **groupe NRB** est aujourd’hui l'un des leaders du secteur IT en Belgique et nous proposons des services informatiques qui répondent à l’ensemble des besoins en IT : Infrastructure & Cloud, Software Development, Consultancy & Managed Staffing.
**LE CONTEXTE**
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un** Project Manager en facility management **pour mener des projets au sein des équipes NRB. Les projets concerneront nos bâtiments et leurs équipements. La mission est temporaire et estimée à environ 1 an.
**VOTRE MISSION**
En tant que **Project Manager **, vous menez à terme la réalisation de projets trouvant un équilibre en termes de tarif, de délai et de qualité, tout en coordonnant votre équipe.
Dans ce cadre, **vos responsabilités** sont de:
- Établir le plan ainsi que le budget du projet dont vous êtes responsable
- Réaliser la planification et l'accomplissement du projet de A à Z (rédaction, implémentation, suivi du client)
- Identifier, anticiper et gérer les risques
- Etre responsable de la qualité, du délai, des coûts, du reporting et de l'état d'avancement du projet
- Assurer la communication entre les différentes parties (internes, externes et clients)
- Etre responsable de la satisfaction du client et de la bonne exécution des contrats
- Participer aux activités presales d'un projet

Vous rejoignez l’équipe **Cross Functional Services **chez NRB**. **Vous serez coaché et encadré par **Quentin Gillon**, votre responsable direct.

**VOTRE PROFIL**
- Expérience de 3 ans minimum en tant que Project manager
- Une expérience dans le domaine du Facility management sont un atout
- ** Leadership inné**, proactif, **déterminé**, excellent communicateur, réelle écoute active, orienté client, solution et résultat
- Apte à réaliser un « reporting » structuré et efficace
- Capacité de travailler de façon **autonome** et de prendre un rôle de management fonctionnel d’une équipe d’experts-métiers (interne et/ou externe)
- Niveau opérationnel en français et anglais
- Toute certification constitue un atout (ITIL, PMI, Project Mgt, etc.)
