EHS & Facility Manager

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
- Facilitate EHS program objectives by providing clear and continuous direction to the staff.
- Use existing proactive safety tools & deploy improvements as needed.
- Lead environmental processes to ensure company and regulatory requirements are met in relation to hazardous/special waste management, water discharge & air permitting obligations.
- Monitor EHS regulatory requirements and risk initiatives; analyze potential impacts on system operations; provide operations and executive management information as appropriate.
- Coordinate and engage personnel in developing and implementing EHS goals which will positively impact and add value to the organization.
- Manage incident reporting process and participate in incident investigation and root cause analysis as needed.
- Manage subcontractors and the property’s maintenance.
- Monitor safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas as warehouse, offices, conference rooms, parking lots
YOU HAVE:
- BA or BS degree in Engineering, Science, Safety or Environmental
- 5+ years of progressive experience
- Dutch and English language skills : good knowledge verbally and written
- French language skills: is a plus
- Certified safety professional “CSP” or prevention advisor
- No issues with punctuality and flexibility
