De afdeling “Procurement” is een dynamisch team dat zich bezighoudt met sourcing, het beheer van leveranciers en van de leveranciersrisico’s, contract management en P2P-activiteiten. Ze werkt nauw samen met de stakeholders van de business om resultaten te boeken en te zorgen voor toegevoegde waarde voor de hervormingsprojecten en de commerciële transacties waarvoor Belfius een beroep doet op derden. De afdeling Procurement ziet toe op alle aankopen van goederen en diensten.
We zijn op zoek naar een Category Manager Facilities & Utilities om de activiteiten op het vlak van de strategische sourcing in deze categorie te leiden. Je gaat nauw samenwerken met de belangrijkste stakeholders om het category management uit te werken dat waarde creëert, zorgt voor innovatie en de leveranciersrisico’s optimaal beheert.
Als Category Manager Professional Services rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Head of Procurement
**De job in een notendop**
- je definieert en implementeert de strategie van de categorie Facilities & Utilities in samenwerking met de belangrijkste stakeholders en aankopers in de categorie
- je stelt een category management roadmap op, om de sleutelgebeurtenissen van de event sourcing in kaart te brengen en te prioriteren, zodat je je kan concentreren op waardecreatie en rentabiliteit
- je knoopt strategische relaties met leveranciers aan (en onderhoudt ze) met het oog op een succesvolle implementatie van de essentiële contracten, van de prestaties van de leveranciers en van het risicobeheer. Je beheert autonoom aankoopdossiers in het domein Facilities & Utilities
- contract management: je onderhandelt over de contracten en beheert de kwaliteit van de gegevens in de contracten
- je houdt toezicht op je eigen portefeuilles van projecten/Suppliers.Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het zoeken naar nieuwe leveranciers
- je geeft leiding aan je team - dat je ook coacht en opleidt - en in het algemeen draag je bij tot de ontwikkeling van het sourcing-team rond aankooppraktijken
- je onderhoudt praktische kennis over de geldende contractuele normen en de best practices afhankelijk van je categorie
**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**
Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.
Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je aan de volgende voorwaarden voldoet:
- je hebt een universitair diploma in een relevant domein en minstens 6 jaar gelijkwaardige professionele ervaring
- je hebt een goed begrip van de Procurement-processen en bent geboeid door procesoptimalisering d.m.v. digitalisering
- je hebt ervaring met spend & data analytics
- je beschikt over een eerste ervaring in de energiesector; de aankoop van energie zou een enorme troef zijn
- je deed ervaring op in het domein van de Building Management & Immo services
- je beschikt over degelijke vaardigheden inzake stakeholder management
- je bent goed in projectbeheer: prioritering, coördinatie, risicobeheer enz
Je scoort extra punten met:
- tweetaligheid (Nederlands/Frans) en goede kennis van het Engels
