TELSERVICE is een bedrijf gespecialiseerd in CO-Sourcing services, expert in communicatienetwerken, Smart Building infrastructuur en het uitvoeren van projecten in deze twee domeinen. Om aan de behoeften van onze klanten te voldoen, zijn wij op zoek naar specifieke en professionele kandidaten.
**Functieomschrijving**
Als Technical Account Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële groei van de firma en bouw je sterke relaties op met onze klanten en prospects. Deze cruciale functie binnen de firma omvat onder andere het identificeren van groeimogelijkheden, de klant tevreden stellen door kwalitatieve projecten op te leveren en coordinatie met de technische ploegen om oplossing te vinden die beantwoorden aan de specifieke vraag van de klant.
**Voornaamste verantwoordelijkheden**:
**Klantenbeheer**:
- Onderhouden en ontwikkelen van de bestaande klantenrelaties. o First point of contact voor onze klanten.
- Begrijpen van de noden en de doelstellingen van onze klanten en capabel om gepaste (technische) oplossingen voor te stellen.
- Organisatie van regelmatige follow-up meetings met de klanten.
**Marktontwikkeling**:
- High-level kostenramingen en uitwerken van een commercieel voorstel waarin de waarden en diensten van Telservice vertegenwoordigd zijn.
- Identificeren en exploiteren van cross-selling en up-selling mogelijkheden
- Deelname aan commerciële groeistrategie.
- Samenwerken met de verschillende teams om de objectieven te behalen.
**Project Management & Reporting**:
- Opvolging van de KPI’s in samenwerking met de Technical Project Coordinator en BU Manager Outsourcing.
- Regelmatige opvolging van de vooruitgang van een project en communicatie met de klant.
- Analyse van de markttendensen en feedback van klanten om onze diensten continu te verbeteren.
**Gezocht Profiel**
- Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bachelor diploma (Elektrotechniek, Elektromechanica, Informatica,) of equivalent door ervaring.
- Je hebt een eerste ervaring in een Technische sales functie en kan hierdoor makkelijk opportuniteiten detecteren bij onze bestaande en nieuwe klanten.
- Je bent klantgericht, flexibel en kan goed relaties uitbouwen/onderhouden.
- Je beschikt over goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden. (Bij voorkeur tweetalig FR/NL).
- Als leidinggevende ben je stressbestendig en ga je assertief te werk.
- Je werkt op een georganiseerde en gestructureerde manier. (Binnen ISO9001 kader)
- Je kan werken met de MS Office Suite. Ervaring met AutoCAD of Projectmanagement software is een plus.
