Nous cherchons un Technical Sales Exective qui:

- construira les fondations d'un solide réseau de revendeurs dans nos pays limitrophes
- nous aidera à approfondir notre présence sur le marché allemand

**Les ventes chez Mekanika****:
Notre stratégie de vente est actuellement principalement en ligne. Nous nous concentrons sur une stratégie "pay-it-forward" où nous donnons autant de valeur que possible à nos prospects pour qu'ils décident de travailler avec Mekanika.

En plus de cela, nous construisons un réseau local de partenaires permettant d'offrir des services supplémentaires à nos utilisateurs et de proposer des conseils et des services de réparation locaux.

**Responsabilités**:
Tes responsabilités concerneront les canaux de vente directe et de revente.

1/ **Développement de partenariats**
- Identifier, intégrer et entretenir de nouveaux partenaires commerciaux, principalement en Allemagne et en France.
- Assurer le suivi du portefeuille de tes partenaires afin d'en faire de grands fans des produits Mekanika et de développer les ventes ensemble.
- Coordonner les actions marketing avec tes partenaires et notre équipe de marketing.
- Organiser des événements sur place avec tes partenaires ou co-participer à des foires.

3/ **Reporting commercial**
- S'assurer que nous capturons et comprenons nos chiffres de vente, et identifier les leviers pour les améliorer et se concentrer sur les actions les plus efficaces.

**Expérience privilégiée**

Nous recherchons une personne très motivée, ayant une expérience confirmée et un haut niveau de créativité, prête à s'impliquer dans une entreprise passionnante et en pleine croissance.

Notre équipe est jeune - avec un âge médian de 32 ans - et nous avons une culture de travail très engagée mais flexible. Nous sommes une équipe de personnes curieuses et créatives, dotées de bonnes capacités de communication.

Nous recherchons une personne qui possède les compétences suivantes:

- Un profil commercial, qui s'épanouit en rencontrant et en aidant les gens.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, with a track record.
- Intérêt marqué pour la fabrication, les machines et la production, et volonté d'acquérir des connaissances techniques liées à notre activité.
- Excellente maîtrise de l'allemand et du français (oral et écrit) - l'anglais est un vrai plus - le néerlandais est un plus.
