**Functie**:
Als sales associate ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verkoop van onze oplossingen (elektronische maaltijd-, eco
- en cadeaucheques) aan bestaande en nieuwe klanten alsook key account management van strategische accounts.
**Jouw taken bestaan uit**:
Voorbereiden en opvolgen van het commercieel actieplan:
- Identificeren van potentiële klanten in een bepaalde sector, markt,
- Updaten van onze database
Prospecteren:
- Telefonisch prospecteren van nieuwe klanten
- Opvolgen van prospecten naar aanleiding van mailings
- Continu opvolgen van de markt (en/of markttendenzen) om steeds kort op de bal te kunnen spelen
Verkopen:
- Ontwikkelen van uw eigen klantenportefeuille
- Offertes telefonisch voorstellen en deze aanpassen aan de behoeften van de klant
- Onderhandelen met klanten en prospecten, in overeenstemming met het commercieel actieplan
- Contracten afsluiten met nieuwe klanten
Ontwikkelen en opvolgen van een netwerk:
- Ontwikkelen en opvolgen van een netwerk in een bepaalde sector
- Evalueren van de klantentevredenheid en relevante informatie rapporteren
- Deelnemen aan evenementen, netwerken,...
**Profiel**:
- U beschikt over een eerste commerciële ervaring
- U spreekt Nederlands en Frans
- U bent resultaatgericht en beschikt over het nodige doorzettingsvermogen en overtuigingskracht om uw doelstellingen te behalen
- U bent een geboren verkoper en kunt aandachtig luisteren naar de directe en indirecte behoeften van de klant. U geeft niet snel op en neemt geen genoegen met een ‘nee’
- U bent zelfstandig, enthousiast en dynamisch
- U hebt een neus voor innovatieve producten en diensten op het vlak van ICT en elektronisch betalen
