Het Segment Public & Social is een van de referentiemetiers van Belfius, dat centraal staat in onze bestaansreden en in ons maatschappelijk engagement (Meaningful & Inspiring for Belgian Society). Wij worden erkend als de referentiebank in België voor dit segment en willen die status wel degelijk behouden en versterken.
Als hoofd van het Segment Marketing-team voor deze Public & Social klanten binnen Marketing EEP, speel jij de centrale cruciale rol bij het uitwerken, omschrijven, aansturen en uitrollen van de commerciële strategie (zie verder), in samenwerking met de diverse interne stakeholders (Product Marketing, Distribution, CTS, Loans, Research, Digital enz.) en de externe stakeholders (Vereniging Van Steden en Gemeenten - VVSG, sectorfederaties enz.)
Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor een reeks experts met tal van taken:
- Het uitwerken van stategische plannen - gelinkt aan de positionering van Belfius en de marktevolutie - basis voor het uitwerken van het financieel plan en de commerciële acties ;
- Het uitwerken van een Value Proposition (waardevoorstel) dat gedifferentieerd is per deelsegment, op basis van de Customer Insights;
- Monitoring en aansturing van de financiële en de commerciële resultaten;
- Totstandkoming en monitoring van de commerciële plannen;
- Het uitwerken en implementeren van producten en diensten gelinkt aan de specifieke expertise van Belfius voor het metier (bv. bugettaire analysetool; ontwikkeling) ;
- Voorstelling en vertegenwoordiging van het metier en de prioriteiten van Public & Social van Belfius voor een intern en een extern publiek.

De functie
- Tweetalig Nederlands-Frans;
- Universitaire opleiding (master) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
- De functie wordt uitgeoefend in Brussel. Je zal evenwel geregeld ontmoetingen hebben met de commerciële teams in Namen en Berchem, maar ook vele externe partners ontmoeten in de diverse regio’s van het land;
- Deze functie kan ‘Home Based’ worden uitgeoefend ;
