Wij zijn op zoek naar twee ‘Customer care officer’ om een antwoord te bieden aan de schriftelijke reacties van onze klanten.

Als Customer care officer behandel je allerhande schriftelijke reacties van onze klanten zowel in het domein nationaal als internationaal: klachten, vragen om terugbetaling van een vervoerbewijs of compensatie voor treinvertragingen, infovragen,... Je analyseert de opmerking van de klant, neemt eventueel contact op met andere diensten en verstrekt aan de klant een gefundeerd antwoord. Dit houdt o.a. volgende taken in:
- nauwkeurige registratie van de gegevens van de klant in een databank;
- grondige analyse van de reactie van de klant (indien nodig contacteer je de klant opnieuw - schriftelijk of per telefoon - zodat jij over alle nodige informatie beschikt om zijn reactie naar behoren te kunnen behandelen);
- evaluatie van de meest gepaste commerciële beslissing;
- documentatie van het administratief dossier;
- opstellen van een duidelijk en klantgericht antwoord;
- je verzekert ook de behandeling van de dossiers binnen de voorziene antwoordtermijn en rapporteert de eventuele knelpunten aan je verantwoordelijke.

Technische competenties
- Je hebt minstens een bachelor. Indien je het diploma in het buitenland hebt behaald, dien je in het bezit te zijn van een gelijkwaardigheidsattest afgeleverd door de Vlaamse Overheid (NARIV-Vlaanderen) om deel te kunnen nemen aan de selectie.
- Je hebt de gebruikelijke bureauticatoepassingen (Windows, MS Word, Excel) onder de knie.
- Je beheerst het Nederlands perfect.
- Je drukt je op een vlotte en duidelijke manier uit, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Je hebt een analytische geest en een goed inschattingsvermogen.
- Je bent organisatorisch sterk en stressbestendig, ook in conflictsituaties.
- Een gelijkaardige ervaring en/of een kennis van een software Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM,...) zijn pluspunten.

- Je bent gemotiveerd om mee te helpen om van NMBS een meer klantgericht bedrijf te maken.
- Je voelt je goed in een dynamische omgeving in volle beweging en je wilt bijdragen aan een positieve verandering.
- Je hebt een sterk ontwikkelde organisatiegevoeligheid.
- Je neemt initiatief en je bent proactief en pragmatisch in het zoeken van oplossingen voor uitdagingen en problemen die zich stellen.
