Ondertussen zijn we reeds enige tijd bezig met de gegevens van de oude applicatie over te hevelen naar de nieuwe applicatie wat betreft beheer van bepaalde types groepsverzekering. Het laatste deel zou in de eerste helft van 2023 moeten gebeuren.
Een deel van het werk is geautomatiseerd, een ander deel niet.
Voor elk over te dragen “plan” moeten een heel aantal stappen gebeuren, sommige geautomatiseerd, anderen zijn manueel. Sommige taken dienen door de stagiair te gebeuren, andere taken door een actuaris.
De stagiair is verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van het hele proces, zowel van de eigen taken als die van anderen. Vertraging wordt gedetecteerd door de stagiair en aan de projectleider gecommuniceerd.
Daarnaast is het ook de taak van de stagiair om ten allen tijde het overzicht te behouden van de status van alle plannen en hierover op correcte manier aan de projectleider te rapporteren.
**Wat mag je van ons verwachten?**:
Stageperiode : vrij te bepalen periode tussen januari en juni 2023.
**Wat verwachten we van jou?**:
- Diploma : geen vereiste - affiniteit met wiskunde is een plus.
- Talenkennis : NL of FR of ENG.
- Informaticakennis : geen vereist maar wel affiniteit met excel gevraagd.
- Andere : methodisch en nauwkeurig kunnen werken - overzicht kunnen bewaren - goed kunnen communiceren.
