**About the role**:
As a logistic manager, you will be responsible to manage a logistic team of operators and technicians inn charge of the media preparation for the QC.

**About the responsibilities**:

- Supervise a team of logistic technician(s)/operators (train and develop the team, plan prioritize logistic activities, manage the resources and proactively anticipates resources needs)
- Manage deviations, CAPA and eCC tasks
- Support trouble and solution-oriented mindset
- Manage housekeeping of his area
- Ensure appropriate follow-up of equipments

**About you**:

- Scientific background
- At least 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated QC/R&D environment (GMP) or equivalent in university
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Team management with increasing responsibility and demonstrating leadership and people management skills
- Strong knowledge of GMP environment and Quality systems demonstrated by 5 years experienced
- Deviation Manager is an asset
- Knowledge in preparation of media is an asset
- Problem solving skills (Orange/green Belt)
- Good networking and influencing skills.
- Proven communication, influence and negotiation skills.
- Full proficiency in French and good knowledge in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to escalate quickly and manage risks properly
