**MISSIONS**
**_Communication _**
- Participation à l’élaboration de la stratégie de communication de Rossel Advertising.
- Développer le matériel créatif et graphique pour la communication digital, print et video avec les agences internes et externes.
- S’assurer de la cohérence et du respect de la charte graphique dans tous les documents publiés.
- Maintenance du site internet RosselAdvertising.be, page LinkedIn.
- Point de contact principale avec l’agence de communication Shake et les départements communication de nos éditeurs.
- Rédaction de communiqué de presse et relation avec les journalistes de la presse spécialisée (Media Marketing, Pub, Mediaspecs, L’Echo,)
- Mise en place des testimoniaux et cases pour animer les réseaux sociaux, le site internet et les présentations.
- Social Listening et Veille sur les tendances digitales ainsi que la communication des différents acteurs du secteur (régies publicitaires, agences média,).
- Maintenir la base CRM à jour avec les équipes commerciales.
**_Evènements externes_**
- Identifier les opportunités de communication évènementielle.
- Proposition de budget, des objectifs chiffrés et d’un planning d’événements annuels
- Organisation de l’ensemble des événements : interface entre les interlocuteurs internes (membres de l’équipe marketing, commerciale, CoDir) et externes (prestataires : lieux, traiteurs, animations, agences d’hôtesses )
- Coordination sur site le jour
- Suivi post-événement : suivi budgétaire, facturation et suivi des objectifs de départ en lien avec les équipes marketing et commerciale
**_Evènements internes_**
- Planifier et organiser des évènements réguliers pour encourager la collaboration et l’esprit Rossel Advertising (Team building, évènements festifs,).
- Recherches des lieux, traiteurs, etc avec nos partenaires évènements
- Gestion des inscriptions des collaborateurs
- Coordination sur site le jour J
- Suivi post-événement (enquête de satisfaction, suivi budgétaire, facturation )
