Dans le cadre de nos activités de consultance, nous sommes à la recherche d'un.
: Diagnostiquer des pannes, proposer des solutions et en analyser l’impact, faire le suivi documentaire et administratif, réaliser les modifications et les développements softwares spécifiques et généraux.
Les principales activités consisteront à:
- Assurer un suivi des activités sur le système de ticketing, prise en charge des demandes venant du client, suivi d’avancement et description des actions prises.
- Suivre, vérifier et valider les documents et les développements software avant diffusion.
- Participer aux réunions de priorisation avec le client et le responsable d’équipe pour pouvoir proposer un planning d’exécution.
- Rechercher et rassembler les données concernant les nouveaux produits en termes de fonctionnement, afin de permettre aux projects managers et aux clients de faire des choix judicieux.
- Anticiper l’évolution des systèmes.
- Formation A1 Automation (Bachelier ou Ingénieur) ou A2 ayant de l'expérience en projets d'installations industrielles ou un Master d'ingénieur électricien/électromécanicien ou automaticien;
- Une expérience minimum de 2 ans sur le Système DCS DeltaV Emerson est requise;
- Bonne connaissance générale de la suite Microsoft Office 365 (principalement Word, Excel et Outlook). Habitué et adepte des méthodes de travail collaboratives (One Note, Sharepoint, Team, );
- Connaissance d’au minimum un des systèmes de programmation(Siemens,Schneider, Rockwell);
- L’esprit d’équipe, des aptitudes communicatives et le souci de la qualité sont importants;
- Vous avez le sens des responsabilités;
- Capacité à rédiger des documents techniques de qualité (analyses fonctionnelles, modes opératoires,fiches techniques, rapports, cahier des charges);
- Vous êtes précis, respectez les deadlines et résistez au stress;
- Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux et respectueux des règles et processus;
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance de l’Anglais tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
