**Jouw functie****:
De Crelan-groep beheert momenteel een portefeuille kredieten van meer dan 44 miljard €, waarbij we veel aandacht besteden aan het begeleiden en adviseren onze klanten gedurende de ganse looptijd van hun krediet, en toezien op het risico en de rentabiliteit van onze kredietportefeuille.
Je werkt in het departement ‘Loan Management’ dat instaat voor het algemeen beheer van de kredietportefeuille. De portefeuille omvat zowel woonkredieten, professionele als consumentenkredieten.
**Functie**:
- Als kredietbeheerder Financieel Beheer sta je in voor de behandeling van taken die een voornamelijk financiële aard hebben zoals de opmaak van de afrekeningen van de kredieten wanneer de klant het krediet geheel of gedeeltelijk vervroegd wenst terug te betalen en de financiële verwerking van betalingen die niet automatische kunnen toegewezen worden.
- Je behandelt zowel telefonische als schriftelijk vragen van agenten, klanten, notarissen en externe instanties over het normale beheer van alle type kredieten.
- Je ondersteunt je collega’s in moeilijkere beslissingen, je geeft opleiding en behandelt complexere vragen.
- Je hebt een hogere beslissingsbevoegdheid en je bent aanspreekpunt voor andere diensten.
- Tot je takenpakket behoren ook de aflevering van fiscale attesten en andere diverse attesten, duplicaten, overzichten en verklaringen.
- Je zorgt voor een correcte invoer van de aan te passen data in de diverse informaticasystemen met het oog op een kwaliteitsvolle afhandeling.
- Je zorgt voor een correcte behandeling en opvolging van de vragen, rekening houdend met de afgesproken SLA’s en volgens de interne en externe richtlijnen.
- Je levert rapporteringen af en voert controles uit.
- Je werkt proactief mee aan de verbetering van processen en procedures.
**Jouw profiel****:
- Je beschikt over een bachelor in een economische of juridische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je bent cijfermatig aangelegd en beschikt over een goed analytisch vermogen.
- Je communiceert klaar en duidelijk in beide landstalen NL/FR en werkt nauwgezet samen met je collega’s.
- Je gaat vlot en klantgericht om met de klanten, agenten of notarissen.
- Je bent leergierig en houdt je continu op de hoogte van de wijzigingen binnen het domein.
- Je staat ervoor open om je in te zetten voor projecten en ondersteuning van andere afdelingen en zo nieuwe kennis op te doen en vaardigheden te ontwikkelen.
- Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in kredietverlening.
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van Office-toepassingen.
