Why are we looking for a Sales Development Representative?

At Desotec, we are seeking a new colleague who will work closely with our DACH sales team (Sales Engineers and Customer Service) as part of our exponential growth.

As a Sales Development Representative at DESOTEC, you will be trusted to...
- Generate leads in collaboration with our Sales Engineers,
- Arrange appointments with prospects and customers for the Sales Engineers,
- Conduct customer follow-up alongside our commercial activities to maintain and strengthen relationships,
- Travel to international trade shows to receive and assist customers,
- Collaborate with the Business Development department to create content that Sales Engineers can use during sales meetings and for marketing campaigns.

Who are you as a Sales Development Representative at DESOTEC?
- You hold a bachelor's degree,
- Preferably, you have gained initial work experience in a commercial role,
- Networking comes naturally to you,
- You are a risk-taker who always believes in positive outcomes,
- You can immediately spot commercial opportunities and know how to act quickly and effectively,
- You speak and write fluent German and communicate proficiently in English. Additional language skills (Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Scandinavian language, etc.) are considered a plus.
- You have experience with ERP and CRM systems,
- You have a keen interest in technical and sustainable matters.

Desotec's **sustainable** **mobile filtration solution** based on activated carbon is deployed for treatment of Air Emissions, Wastewater, Chemicals and Biogas. Through a **rental model **our filters are distributed to production companies all over Europe. Once the filter is saturated it is replaced and the spent carbon sent for **reactivation**. That is how we** unburden our customers **of the administrative, moral, logístical and ecological consequences of their purification needs.
