Pour notre client, un groupe industriel de renom, nous recherchons leur futur Business Development Manager.

**Mission**:
En tant que Business Development Manager, vous rapportez au Chief Commercial Officer du Groupe.

Vous développez les collaborations existantes, créez des stratégies pour trouver d'autres clients et soutenez les autres équipes commerciales.

**Principales responsabilités**:
Accompagner le développement des clients existants (conformément à la stratégie commerciale), notamment:
Préparation des plans de développement clients (croissance des volumes, amélioration du service, développement produit, etc.).

Accompagner la mise en œuvre des plans de développement clients.

Trouver et développer des collaborations avec de nouveaux clients (conformément à la stratégie commerciale), notamment:
Stratégie de développement de nouveaux clients (par régions/segments de marché) conformément au plan de poursuite client.

Définir le processus de développement pour les nouveaux clients.

Acquisition de nouveaux clients (recherche, priorisation, négociations, lots d'essais, etc.).

Transfert des nouveaux clients à l'équipe commerciale (KAM's).

Amélioration de la plateforme informatique pour la gestion des nouveaux clients.

Accompagnement de l'équipe commerciale dans le lancement des ventes de nouveaux produits (clients existants et nouveaux).

**Profil**:
Formation en économie, commerce, finance ou équivalent par expérience.

Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine.

Bonne compréhension du marché de l'industrie sidérurgique et mécanique et compétences en développement commercial.

Capacité à construire une stratégie d’acquisition client.

Bon niveau de français et d'anglais, l'allemand est un plus.
