_As a Sales Specialist within the domain of Safety and Security you know your way around our products and services. Because of your knowledge of our ideal client, you're a good matchmaker. You lay out a strategy to help our domain to grow.**Your tasks**:

- You're responsible for the commercial development of your domain of expertise: Safety & Security.
- You listen to our clients needs, offer them the right proposal and think of new products and services.
- You're a trusted adviser who builds longterm relations with our clients and you drive a high customer satisfaction.
- You work closely with our accountmanagers to proactively find new opportunities and close them.
- You follow up on your sales targets and KPIs, using them to define actions to improve your way of working and report on them.
- Your knowledge helps you to make technical and business analyses based on our clients needs and you translate them to commercial offers.
- Supported by our accountmanagers and presales team, you're responsible to explain our offers on both a commercial and technical level.
- You're the go to person within your domain of expertise for clients and colleagues and present our safety and security products and services to both internal and external stakeholders.

**Who are you?**:

- You have 3 to 5 years of experience within a technical commercial position and ideally hold a bachelor's degree in electronics or ICT. Experience within the the domain of safety and security is a strong asset.
- You have basic understanding of the domain of camera sysems or fire detection.
- You're fluent in Dutch and French.
- You're able to connect with a client and build a longterm relationship.
- We can count on you to set things in motion, express your opinion openly and respectfully.
- You're a teamplayer.
- You're a quick learner and are persistant in your approach.
