Het eHealthplatform, een beveiligd uitwisselingsplatform voor medische informatie, zal papieren doktersbriefjes en doktersvoorschriften op termijn overbodig maken. Daarnaast zorgt de ICT-service Dimona er voor dat de RSZ de sociale bescherming van 4 miljoen werknemers snel kan laten evolueren, ongeacht hoe snel ze van job veranderen. Handig? Jazeker, en uitdagend ook.
**Functiebeschrijving**
Als Digital Document Manager, ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken:
- De integraties met de services opvolgen en dit omvat: opvolging van de functionele en technische integratie, geven van advies aan klanten om het correct en relevant gebruik van de services te stimuleren, testopvolging en deployment van de configuraties in de verschillende omgevingen. Deze taak beslaat ook de opstelling, bijwerking en continue verbetering van de documentatie, templates, enz.
- De productie opvolgen: toezien op de goede werking van de verschillende document services en de eventuele technische of businessproblemen oplossen in samenwerking met de verschillende teams. De beheerder is verantwoordelijk voor het continue toezicht van de oplossing van deze problemen op een proactieve manier om een goede uitvoering van de verwerking en een voortdurende verbetering van de kwaliteit van de services te waarborgen.
- Het (laten) uitvoeren van tests en het rapporteren van de bekomen resultaten. De volledigheid van de tests is een belangrijk element in de kwaliteit van de diensten en de beheerder zal daarom geleidelijk de dekking van de tests moeten vergroten met het oog op de vastgestelde problemen.
- Volledige verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor de reporting over de diensten waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent. Actief deelnemen aan service meetings met de verschillende klanten van de diensten.
- Optreden als eerstelijnscontactpunt voor interne en externe klanten en de leiding nemen over het incident management, in nauwe samenwerking met andere teams. De SPOC worden voor alle vragen en informatieverzoeken en proactief communiceren over de verschillende geplande interventies en de mogelijke impact op het serviceniveau.
**Profiel**
Je beschikt over een Master Diploma en je genoot een opleiding op het gebied van informatie
- en documentbeheer. Je bent vertrouwd met complexe administratieve processen en het technische aspect schrikt je niet af.
Je communicatieskills, je oplossingsgerichtheid, je verantwoordelijkheidszin en je klantgerichtheid zullen je in staat stellen in deze functie te slagen. Je bent een goede teamplayer.
Je drukt je vlot uit in Frans/Nederlands en je hebt een passieve kennis van de andere taal.
