**Contract Manager Bruxelles - Parlement Européen**
- Le Contract Manager est chargé de la gestion opérationnelle et administrative de son client. Il/elle est donc responsable de la bonne fonctionnement opérationnel / commercial, du suivi administratif du personnel et des relations avec les clients._
**Les responsabilités et les tâches de cette fonction de Contract Manager.**
- En connaissant parfaitement le contrat avec le client, vous le gérez de A-Z et veillez à l’exécution correcte du cahier des charges d’un point de vue opérationnel et commercial.
- En tant que professionnel(le) du nettoyage, vous savez identifier le matériel et les produits nécessaires chez le client.
- Vous veillez au maintien de bons contacts avec les client et aspirez à une relation à long terme, anticipant sur les besoins réels ou potentiels pour renforcer la relation avec le client.
- En accord avec votre hiérarchie, vous rédigez des rapports de qualité selon une fréquence déterminée pour pouvoir diriger efficacement le client. Dans le cas de résultats négatifs ou de remarques, vous devez adopter les mesures nécessaires.
- Vous encadrez, coachez et motivez votre équipe et veillez au maintien de la discipline nécessaire.
- Vous contrôlez la facturation, la rentabilité financière et adoptez, en accord avec votre hiérarchie, les mesures correctives nécessaires dans le cas d’un budget financier négatif.
- Vous possédez au minimum un diplôme **Bachelier (obligatoire)** et vous possédez déjà 3 ans d’expérience dans le secteur du nettoyage (gérer une équipe) et avez l’habitude de travailler avec des produits et du matériel de nettoyage.
- Vous êtes Francophone avec une bonne base de l’Anglais.
- Vous savez gérer, motiver et évaluer des travailleurs, de préférence des groupes de travailleurs.
- Vous savez adopter une politique de qualité, de sécurité et de respect de l’environnement.
- Vous affichez une attitude commerciale et aspirez à une relation à long terme avec vos clients.
- Vous êtes flexible, persévérant(e) et osez prendre rapidement des décisions.
- La communication à la fois écrite et verbale est l’un de vos principaux atouts.
- Vous maîtrisez les programmes MS Office, Word, Excel et PowerPoint.
